Carpet Cleaning Norwich

We are able to offer two types of cleaning methods for carpets.

The first, and our preferred method, is Hot Water Extraction which gives an excellent deep-clean result. A cleaning solution is applied by spray and mechanically agitated from the surface down to the bottom of the pile. Once the chemical has broken the soiling components down, the resulting mixture is extracted from the carpet under high pressure using only cleaning water, leaving the carpet clean, chemical free and only slightly damp.

We use natural, bio-degradable cleaning agents which leave no sticky residues behind which means that re-soiling of the carpet is greatly reduced. These agents are also child and pet-friendly so the risk of allergic reactions to cleaning products is eliminated. Detergents are only used where spot cleaning of stubborn stains is required and, once again, these are extracted completely using clean water. Carpets are usually dry within 24 hours, depending on temperature and humidity conditions.

The second method of cleaning uses micro-fibre pad and rotary machine with the natural cleaning agents. This is a quicker system and has the advantage of leaving the carpet dry in 1 to 2 hours. Although the resulting clean is not as deep as the extraction method, the shorter drying time is particularly useful for Hotels and public areas which need to be back in use as quickly as possible.

In addition to cleaning, we are also able to offer Stain Protection, deodorizing, sanitizing and pet-flea eradication treatments for all carpet types.

Sugar in drinks is great for cleaning the bottom of shoes and slippers but unfortunately this leaves large dirty patches on carpets which can only be properly removed by hot-water extraction and the application of the correct clean... Office Floor Cleaning in Norwich
2nd February 2012

We became involved in the refurbishment of the old RBS offices in St Andrews Street Norwich, when the client decided it would be more cost effective to clean rather than replace the 1200 square metres of carpet tiles. Because of the size of this area, we decided to use our rotary pad system to clean this flooring for both speed and quick drying time which was an issue as the marketing agent with potential occupiers needed to have constant access to the building while the work was in progress....
