Commercial Window Cleaning Norwich 2nd February 2012

A commercial client who had used our carpet cleaning services in the past contacted us with regard to our exterior window cleaning service.

The establishment is run as a language school with two very large residential blocks for the mostly-foreign students. The windows in these blocks, which were originally Crittal metal-frames, had been replaced with 160 modern sealed units but in the same style as the originals, each large unit containing 4 separate smaller panes. Many of the windows could not be easily accessed or were so high that a ladder could not be used safely. The client also discovered that it was a condition of their guarantee that the sealed units should have been cleaned every 12 months from the date of installation

We were able to use our 35foot pure water-fed pole to thoroughly clean both glass and frames of the 160 units in two days even though the windows had not been cleaned since they were installed four years ago and were extremely dirty.

The client was extremely pleased with the results and we now have a regular 6-monthly booking for this site.
